Q: What inspired you to start an online swimwear boutique?
I have a natural attraction to things that are unique and made well in good taste. I love shopping & I love bikinis just as much. Like most of the designers and people in this industry, I grew up barefoot on the beaches. My love for the tropical lifestyle soon presented opportunities for me to embark on journeys around the world to some of the most charming towns and exotic beaches, and through my travels I was inspired to create a place that is available to everyone in the world, that I can share the beautiful things I discover with everyone. It starts with bikinis, but the spectrum is endless. The bikinis are a staple for every girl who is a sun-goddess and loves to travel. Vida Serene to me is the gathering place for everything exotic, beautiful, and the place to go to find something to wear that really “makes a statement in a chic way”.

Q: What is the meaning behind Vida Serene?
Vida Serene means “Serene Life”, it’s about balance and the beauty and everything that is art emulating life.
Q: Favorite travel Destination?
I will go anywhere that I can wear a bikini and sit on the beach all day J
Q: How would you describe your style?
Effortlessly, my style is Hippie Gypsy collides with Biker Chick. It’s a pretty broad spectrum, but whatever I’m wearing is a reflection of how I’m feeling for the day….or moment. I like what I’m wearing to do most of the talking.
