How did you get into jewelry? What was your inspiration? I started making jewelry for myself and my friends when I was a kid, and from then on, I kept taking classes and experimenting. When I moved from Maui to Oahu for college, it continued to be a hobby, but eventually evolved to a business, because girls at school kept asking me about my jewelry. My inspiration is the ocean, I have always been near the ocean, so naturally I love shells and treasures. I also get inspiration from my travels and adventures.
Do you have a favorite piece? Not really, but I have my staples, like the O-ring, stacking rings, shell bangles, stamped bangles, and shell/pearl hoops.
Which is your favorite ACACIA?My all time fav is the Missy, but when the surf is firing, I wear my Ava bottom : )
Small coverage bottoms or more coverage? tan lines or no tan lines? Definitely small, always makes your booty look good : ) tan lines for sure !
Places and people that inspire you? Exotic places, my mommy<3
Where has been favorite travel destination? I love traveling wherever it may be, but favorite….I think its a tie between Micronesia and the Mentawais..oh and NYC !
Most recent travels? I just got back from a month long excursion in Indonesia with my 3 girlfriends , we went to Bali and the Mentawais and had a blast !
Future travels? Thailand, Indo, and hopefully I will have time to make it to the snow this winter ! What do you dream about, what are you working towards? Hmmm dream about being able to drop everything and travel, and live for the moment, just enjoying life with no worries Working towards making that a reality
What brings you happiness? Hawaii, the ocean, surf, sun, shells, family, friends, laughing, traveling : )

Kelsey made me my first necklace over 10 years ago, I still wear it. Her creations are ‘one-of-a-kind and timeless in design. Her use of shells,stones and precious metals is always a wonderful mix of elements.
